Recycled Jewellery Course
We all have items of jewellery that we have loved over the years that many have broken or have become tired.On this couse we help you to combine your old bits and pieces with paper beads that you will lean how to roll from old cards that my be dear to you or some paper you once bought because you loved the colour and pattern of it but don't quite know what with.
Working with colour and shape you will develop your skill to create your own pieces of unique,handmade jewellery.
On the day you will need to bring along any materials you may want to incorporate into your jewellery for rolling your paper beads and for stringing between them ie;
- old cards,favorite paper,old letters
- broken jewellery,old beads etc
You will be provided with
- any earing findings/bangle wire
- a selection of small beads
- stringing materials/wire,adhesives,varnish
Courses will ordinarily run from 10am - 4pm, however this can be flexable to suit individual needs.
Places are limited to a maximum of four people due to the compact and bijou working space we have available.
Lunch is provided at The Red Lion, which is just a short walk away from our workshop.Where Sally makes truly wonderful,home cooked, locally produced food.
